An internet outage must never stop your sales. The Omamori till is designed to keep working offline once it has been opened online.
How it works
During the outage
If the connection drops, you can keep taking payments as usual: sales are recorded locally on the device. The till tells you it is working offline.
When the network returns
As soon as the connection is back, the sales made offline are automatically synchronized to your workspace: accounting, stock and statistics update. Leave the till open for a moment so the synchronization can finish.
Important: always start the cash session while connected at least once at the start of the day. This is what loads the products and prices onto the device and enables offline mode.
Field feedback: this offline behaviour is proven in real conditions at our retail customers, where the network is sometimes unstable during the day.
