Omamori produces detailed stock reports in Excel format: at a chosen date, they give the available quantity of each product and its stock value. Very useful for monthly monitoring, period close and balance-sheet preparation.
Generate a stock report
1. Open the stock levels export
Open the Inventory > Stock control > Excel export of stock levels menu. You can also launch the export from the product list.
2. Choose the date and filters
Enter the report date (now by default). Refine with the available filters: company, warehouse, location, product category. You can export all stock or a selection of products.
3. Read the Excel file
The file contains, per product: location, reference, name, category, unit, quantity, unit cost and stock value (cost × quantity). One sheet per warehouse, plus a "All warehouses" summary sheet, with valuation totals calculated automatically.
This report is ideal to justify the stock value on the balance sheet and to track the evolution of your dormant stock from month to month.
